You will receive an email confirming that your order has left our fulfillment center, along with your tracking information.
Can i cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel or change it.
Why haven't I received my order within the estimated time?Please check the following before contacting our customer service team:
Ensure you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched.
Review the tracking information included in your shipping confirmation email using the relevant link.
Look for any emails, phone calls, or attempted delivery cards from our couriers. Your package might be held at your local depot awaiting collection or redelivery.
Verify if someone at your address has taken the delivery on your behalf.
Although our couriers should not leave your package with a neighbor, it's always worth checking with them just in case.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, please contact the carrier and email info@ivhyre.co. We will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

We ship anywhere in the United States, with orders processed within 3 business days. This may take longer during special releases, major holidays and sale periods.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding Holidays.
return policy
If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you have a 14-day window to return it for a full refund at no extra cost. We simply request that the items are returned in unused, unaltered condition, with their tags and original packaging intact.
when will i receive my refund?
Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 7 working days of it reaching our warehouse.
