tracking my order

  • You will receive an email confirming that your order has left our fulfillment center, along with your tracking information.

Can i cancel or change my order?

  • Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel or change it.

Why haven't I received my order within the estimated time?Please check the following before contacting our customer service team:

  • Ensure you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched.

  • Review the tracking information included in your shipping confirmation email using the relevant link.

  • Look for any emails, phone calls, or attempted delivery cards from our couriers. Your package might be held at your local depot awaiting collection or redelivery.

  • Verify if someone at your address has taken the delivery on your behalf.

  • Although our couriers should not leave your package with a neighbor, it's always worth checking with them just in case.


If none of these steps resolve the issue, please contact the carrier and email info@ivhyre.co. We will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

  • We ship anywhere in the United States, with orders processed within 3 business days. This may take longer during special releases, major holidays and sale periods.

  • Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding Holidays.

return policy

  • If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you have a 14-day window to return it for a full refund at no extra cost. We simply request that the items are returned in unused, unaltered condition, with their tags and original packaging intact.

when will i receive my refund?

  • Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 7 working days of it reaching our warehouse.
